Spa 54 offers a comprehensive collection of treatments and services to bring tranquility, calm and relaxation into your life. Our experienced team of professionals have been hand-picked to ensure a warm welcoming experience with a holistic approach.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Spa 54.

If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel three hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.

Appointments booked with less than three hours of time between when the appointment was made, and when the appointment was scheduled to take place are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a credit card on file in order to book future appointments if this happens more than once.

Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking or through calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.

Late Arrivals

​If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the spa and let us know. We will call any late clients five minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.

No-Shows

​​No-show is considered anything more than 10 minutes late for all spa services and 15 minutes late for all hair services.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the spa to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during Spa 54 operating hours, we do require a phone call in order to cancel your appointments.

Clients who do not show up on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked, unless they have a service bundle to cover the services.

Online Booking

When you book an appointment and pre-pay for the appointment, we may at our discretion if more than 48-hour notice before appointment, give the client account credit or refund up to 75% of the amount that you have paid toward the service. If under 48-hour notice of cancellation, no-show, or late arrival where we can no longer accommodate the appointment due to being late, you shall forfeit all money that you have pre-paid for.

Services

​We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within seven days of the hair service completion pending management approval.

Products

​Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within seven days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited, pending management approval.

Lengthy + Multiple Services​

Any bookings spanning longer than estimated three hours, or group bookings for three people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Spa 54 salons client account. In event of late cancellations or no-shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above.

For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to pre-pay over the phone or come into the salon and pay a 40% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.

Sorry, Puppers!

Look, we love your puppers…but we’re a people salon (sigh) so you’ll have to leave your four-legged friend at home when you visit us.

While we wish we didn’t have to discriminate against the better species, it is against* health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are. If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.

*Service animals are an exception. This restriction also applies to cats, birds, alligators, kangaroos and any other animals.
